Moviebuzz Vijay- Back in 3 Idiots remake?

The biggest buzz in Kollywood film circles is that Ilayathalapati Vijay has bounced back into the much publicised Tamil remake of 3 Idiots!

This Shankar directed film is in the news for all the wrong reasons ever since Gemini Film circuit decided to remake it in Tamil and Telugu.

Vijay and Mahesh Babu who were supposed to do the film, walked off in the last minute citing reason of date problem.

Later there were media reports that Gemini was planning to go ahead with the project with Suriya in both the languages. And now the latest rumour doing the rounds is that Vijay has once again bounced back and is holding fresh discussions.

When contacted, Vijay preferred to smile and maintain a studious silence.

Meanwhile reports from Andhra say that Ileana will be shooting in Ooty along with Jiiva, Srikanth, Omi Vaidya and Sathyaraj from Jan 30.

‘KSD Appalaraju’ put off to Feb 10

Delay in post-production works was claimed to be the basic reason for the delay in the release of ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju’ directed by Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Kirankumar Koneru on the banner of Shreya Productions.

Earlier it was stated that the film would hit the screens on February 4, but the latest announcement by the director says the film would be released across the state on February 10.

Sunil, Swati and Sakshi Gulati are playing the lead roles in the movie, with a satire on the film-making in the Telugu film industry as the backdrop. The director not only targeted the celebrities of the film industry, but also on the media too.

Director N. Shankar Talks About His Film Jai Bolo Telangana

Jagapathi Babu plays a Telangana revolutionary named Bandagi Gopanna in Jai Bolo Telangana. It's the most memorable character in Telugu cinema and I felt only Jagapathi Babu could do justice to it. When I narrated the story to him, he was impressed and immediately agreed to do the movie. He proved that artistes have no caste, region or religion. Bandagi is a Muslim name and Gopanna a Hindu name. Separate Telangana is the long-felt dream of four crore people following different religions and the character reflects that," says director N. Shankar, whose latest film Jai Bolo Telangana releases Friday.

"Jai Bolo Telangana reflects the current political scenario in the State. The Garadi Chestundru number written by KCR has become quite a rage. KCR penned a few songs as part of the Dhoom Dhaam campaigns. When I listened to those songs, the thought of having him write a song for the film came to my mind," Shankar adds.

Krishnam Raju as Pawan Kalyan’s father!

We all know that Power star Pawan Kalyan is acting in a remake of Bollywood’s hit film Dabangg in Telugu. This movie will hit the floors soon and it has been titled as Gabbar Singh in Telugu. Now the latest news is that Rebel star Krishnam raju has been roped for the role of Pawan’s father in the film. In original version (Hindi) it was played by Vinod Khanna.
